Thanks for all the orders! Somehow, we're keeping up to date on website orders and everything is being dispatched within 24-48 hours. So there's still time to place some last minute orders, but the Royal Mail Christmas posting deadlines are rapidly approaching.
So our last posting dates for 2015 are:
2nd Class - our Standard Service (this covers orders with free postage included)
The Royal Mail deadline is 19th December, so your order must be placed by 12.00pm on Friday 18th December 2015.
1st Class - our Priority Service
The Royal Mail deadline is 21st December so your order must be placed by 12.00pm on Sunday 20th December 2015.
After this, we will continue to send out parcels until we close for Christmas, but Royal Mail deliveries cannot be guaranteed to arrive once the final postal dates have passed.
Our Ruskin Glass Centre shop will be open until 4.00pm on Wednesday 23rd December 2015, and then we'll be taking our extended Christmas break.
Website orders will begin to be processed (in date order) from Tuesday 5th January 2016.
Our Ruskin Glass Centre shop will re-open again on Tuesday 12th January 2016 at 11am.

Join us at the Ruskin's Candlelit Shopping Evening!
Phew, it's been a busy few weeks! We've loved being out and about so much and it's been great to see so many customers old and new at Tatton Park, Himley Hall, Elmfield Advent Event, Halfords Christmas Market and the Ruskin Christmas Craft Fayre.
But now it's time for perhaps the prettiest event of the year....the Ruskin's Candlelit Shopping Evening! We turn out the main centre lights and transform the Ruskin Glass Centre by lighting it with candles and fairy lights.
It's a lovely way to do some last minute Christmas shopping with our Centre Artists and Makers. The café will be open selling mulled wine and mince pies.....so if previous years are anything to go by, we're sure to be enjoying some of these! This year it will also be great to welcome the Stourbridge Rock Choir who will be singing live!
We're sure it's going to be a great evening, so remember come down to the Ruskin Glass Centre on Thursday 10th December between 6pm and 9pm!

Natroma Soap Dragonfly
The 2015 International Festival of Glass is nearly here, and we're going to have a busy week! The Festival runs between 28th - 31st May 2015, and we'll be open 10am - 5pm each day.
While you're visiting the Ruskin Glass Centre, remember to call round and see our Natroma Soap Dragonfly. He's been hand carved from our natural goats milk soap, before being hand painted with cosmetic micas. The picture doesn't really show off the detail or the pretty metallic colours, but he can be found in the cabinet outside Workshop 7. We spent several days creating this unusual soap sculpture, so we hope you like him!
Remember that we're also running a Charity Chillout 29th - 31st May 2015 in aid of Prostate Cancer UK. We'll be offering short holistic therapy massage sessions - every 15 minutes is £7.50 We're donating our time for free so it means that all of the money that's raised will be donated to Prostate Cancer UK. So please support this wonderful charity, and book your appointment asap!

Our new Natroma website!
We're delighted to announce that our new Natroma website is now live! We're using a new platform, which has allowed us to offer new customer services:
- We're launching Natroma Club - a loyalty points scheme that will award 1 point for each £1 spent which can be redeemed against future orders. Natroma Club is our way of saying a little thank for customer's loyalty and gives them an on-going 5% discount on their purchases.
- FREE UK standard postage on orders over £30 that will be delivered to UK addresses (otherwise it's just £3 for UK orders under £30, with affordable postage based on parcel weight to European countries).
- A website that responds to different devises, allowing it to be viewed on computers, tablets and mobile phones.
- A website that allows customers to post honest product reviews on their purchases - we love receiving feedback and it helps others to choose the right products for their skin.
- An on-site blog, making it easier for customers to see latest news and information on natural skincare and aromatherapy.
- The chance to create wish lists to share with friends and family.

Natroma website is getting a facelift!
The Natroma website will be changing at the end of February. A few weeks ago, our current website host contacted us to say they were closing down - it came as a bit of a shock! So behind the scenes we've been frantically working with a new company, who will try to move everything across to a new, improved platform in the next few days.
We're really excited by what the new site will offer, but due to the very limited timescale and huge amount of work that's needed to transfer everything across, the replacement site may not look the same as before. The Natroma website home page address will exactly the same, but individual page names are likely to change (but we are setting up page re-directs).
So we hope that customers can bear with us during this transition to the new platform, and fingers crossed it will be business as usual next week. In the meantime, we just wanted to reassure everyone that we're still here! The old Natroma website will continue to accept orders until the transfer process begins, but we'll be happy to accept telephone orders or website orders can be placed on our Natural Soapworks website.
