We haven't posted on this blog for years (it's best to visit our website blog or Facebook page) , but thought it would help customers to mention our new shop arrangements for 2021.
After much thought, we have decided to change our shop opening hours for the summer. After the release of the 2021 lock-down our shop has been quiet. The last 12 months have been very challenging for Natroma and we are very grateful for the support of our customers - locally and further afield. The pandemic has turned the business on its head so we now have many customers from all around the UK regularly ordering our products via the website. So for now we are opening our shop on a part-time basis. We can then give website customers our full attention at the beginning of each week (the website is busiest at the weekend) so we can promptly manufacture our aromatherapy products and process your orders. Later in the week we'll then have more time to look after local customers giving them time to browse, ask questions and have a chat (rather than seeing us dashing around in the background looking too busy to be interrupted). We want our shop to be as welcoming as before the pandemic so hopefully local customers will see that we're trying to balance their needs, with the many customers who are also supporting us from all around the country.
So we'll be working full time as normal each week, but our revised shop opening hours will be:
Sunday - Wednesday CLOSED
Thursday - Saturday 10.30am - 4pm
As before, we're asking shop visitors to enter our shop to enter via our outside door - you walk up the slope to the right of the main Ruskin Glass Centre steps and our door is just around the corner. We'll require everyone to wear a face mask whilst in our shop and will continue to ask customers to wash their hands when they arrive. There's no need to book a shopping appointment, but we'll be restricting access into the shop to around 2-3 people at a time.
We also offer Click & Collect on the website so you can pre-order items and we'll have them ready for when you call in.
